See inside the sewer line before anyone digs
With a camera in the line, we can inspect sewer pipes without digging. We see the problem, describe it accurately and pinpoint where it is, so if digging is needed, we know exactly where to start.
Tree roots are one of the most common causes of sewer backups, and mature trees in the front yard make one more likely. Paying for an inspection is much cheaper than having your yard dug up without knowing where to start.
Cameras also find hard to see problems without tearing out walls, floors and ceilings. We believe preventive maintenance is the best plan, and in the long run it could save you and your insurance company a great deal in repairs.
If a pipe needs replacing, ask about lining
When a problem is found too late and a pipe has to be replaced, we may be able to save you time and money with Perma-Liner pipe lining, using the Perma-Lateral Lining System.
What the camera can find
Broken, cracked or collapsed pipe
Damaged pipe that needs repair or replacement.
Offset pipe
Grease buildup or a foreign object is restricting or blocking flow, or keeping the line from being cleaned properly.
Corrosion
The pipe has deteriorated or broken, and sections collapse and restrict water flow.
Bellied pipe
A section of pipe has sunk because of ground or soil conditions, or from the pressure of backfilling. The low spot collects paper and waste and causes blockages.
Leaking joints
The seals between pipes have broken, letting water escape into the ground around the pipe.
Root infiltration
Tree or shrub roots have grown into the sewer line, restricting water flow or causing a stoppage.
Off-grade pipe
The pipe is made of substandard or outdated material that may have deteriorated or corroded.
